Following an impressive five year career as a part of Multnomah's volleyball program, senior libero Lauren Porter was given All-Conference Honorable Mention honors for the second time in her career as an award for her efforts during the 2024-25 Cascade Collegiate Conference season.

"Lauren's presence will be deeply missed next season - she embodies everything that is great about this program, and I know she will continue to be a role model to those around her in the future," shared head coach Nerisa Laban. "She was the rock of this team during her entire career as a Lion, I just wish I would have had the opportunity to be her coach for longer. She is more than deserving of this recognition, and I know we are all beyond thankful for her contributions to the program over the years."

Porter will always be known for her defensive heroics, which kept the Lions in games regardless of who their opposition was. She amassed an impressive 20 kills, 176 assists, 1,367 digs, and 100 service aces during her time at Multnomah. Additionally, Porter earned 2nd Team All-Conference honors in 2023, and All-Conference Honorable Mention honors in 2022.
