Box Score LA GRANDE, Ore. – Pouring in 10 of 11 three-point shots in the first quarter on their way to a school-record .692 three-point percentage, the 7
th-ranked Eastern Oregon University Mountaineers raced past the visiting Multnomah University Lions 98-34 in Cascade Collegiate Conference women's basketball action Friday evening here at Quinn Coliseum.
Maya Ah You-Dias and Payton Parrish hit the first two baskets of the game, both threes, to give the Mountaineers a 6-0 lead in the opening minute, and they never trailed.
Rachelle Tau's jumper put the Lions on the board, but Eastern Oregon continued to pull away by connecting on 14 of 19 total shots in the period and led 38-11 after the first 10 minutes.
EOU's shooting returned to a more earthly mark in the second quarter (only 8-for-15 for a .533 mark), but the Mountaineers still hit 4-of-4 on threes and led 60-22 at the half. It was 76-29 at the end of the third quarter, and the final score was the largest margin of the game.

Ah You-Dias led EOU with 21 points, followed by Payton with 20, Maren Herrud 14, Mariah Swanson 12, and Stormee Van Belle 10. The Mountaineers sank 38-of-61 from the field (.623), including 18-of-26 from three-point range. Herrud and Reece Bauer with seven rebounds apiece led EOU to a 40-28, while Bauer had seven assists and five steals.
Multnomah falls to 0-18 on the season and 0-8 in the conference, while Eastern Oregon, with its 11
th straight win, is now 17-2 overall and 10-0 in the league.
