How It Happened
With an injury-stricken Warner Pacific coming to Jim Skagen Court, the Lady Lions seemed cool, calm and collected throughout the forty minutes. Right out the gate, things looked close as both teams traded baskets. After a first quarter adjustment, Multnomah dominated Warner Pacific both on the boards and in the point column. The Lions outrebounded the Lady Knights 22-11, which led to their 44-27 lead at the half. Multnomah continued to hold a double-digit lead throughout, resulting in a 79-63 win.
