Klamath Falls, Ore. – Hot shooting from #24 Oregon Tech Owls delivered too much firepower against the Multnomah Lions on Thursday night.
 
How It Happened
#24 ranked Oregon Tech came out the gate hot, taking an early 12-3 lead. Despite the efforts of Darius Redrick (12 points) and Michael Escobedo (10 points) in the first-half, the Owls seemed to be hitting every shot they put up. Multnomah brought the game within seven points from Escobedo's jumper with 15:21 left, but the Owls continued to bring the offense expanding their lead to 26 at the half.

The start of the second half continued to go in the Owls favor, as they pushed their lead to 35 with 17:43 on the clock. The Lions did not collapse at the end and pushed back against top-ranked Oregon Tech, going on a 19-6 run in the final six minutes. Ultimately, the Owls' impressive 58.7% from the field led to the 106-85 win.

Andy Brown (14 points, 10 rebounds) grabbed his second double-double of the season (last on 10/29 against New Hope Christian).
Redrick (22 points) continues his impressive season with his 18th game in double-figures for points.
The Owls shot a remarkable 58.7% from the field, while the Lions went 17-21 (81%) from the line.
