Men's Basketball Travels Next Door to Play Warner Pacific

PORTLAND, Ore. – After a tough loss last weekend against Walla Walla, the Multnomah University men's basketball team returns to action tomorrow night as they make the short trip to Warner Pacific.
 
Last Week: Down by two with only seconds to go, the Lions missed a final three-pointer that would have given them the victory, losing to the Wolves 82-80. Blake Updike was the leading scorer with 30 points while Ben Grandle hit six threes to finish with 18 points.
 
By the Numbers: Updike's 30-point performance against the Wolves upped his scoring average to 22.9 points per game, keeping him in the lead in the CCC. Following him is Thomas Simien at 11.9 points per game and Jordan Paris at 11.5.
 
Grandle's six three-pointers against Walla Walla pushed him to 56 total on the year. He is averaging 10.6 points as a freshman.
