TACOMA, Wash. -- Finishing out their final non-conference game, Multnomah University lost 5-0 to the Lutes of Pacific Lutheran University.
Offensively the Lutes found their rhythm quick and did not let up on their home field. Goal number one for the Lutes came in the first half, in the thirteenth minute of play. Pacific Lutheran scored the rest of their goals in the second half, with three of them between the forty seventh and fifty third minute. The fifth and final goal was scored in the final few minutes of the game.
Although the team is coming into CCC play with a losing schedule, they are confident that playing four different NCAA DIII schools has helped prepare them for what is to come this season.
