NEWBERG, Ore. – With an identical score to their previous game, the Multnomah University Lions fell to the George Fox Bruins on Sunday with a final score of 4-1.
The Bruins got on the board twice in the first half - in the fourteenth minute of play and again in the twenty ninth.
Only seven minutes in to the second half, the Lions scored one of their own after Ethan Fuller found the back of the net after the set up from
Hunter Martell.
George Fox matched their goals in the first half as they scored two more in the second to seal their victory.
For the first time this season, the Lions were out fouled by their opponent.

The team will take on their final NCAA DIII opponent on Wednesday, September 8
th as they travel to Tacoma, Washington to play at Pacific Lutheran University. Multnomah will then host their conference opening weekend and are eager to start CCC play after preparing against tough opponents.
