PORTLAND – Taking a break from Cascade Conference play, the Multnomah University men's basketball team picked up a win against Portland Bible, downing the Wildcats 86-78 on the road.

GAME SUMMARY:
- MU's Justin Martin came out scoring to start the game as he led Multnomah to a 47-34 lead at the halftime break.
- MU finished shooting 45 percent from the field including a mark of 42 percent from the three-point line.
- Portland Bible kept up the fight, closing within eight points of the lead but couldn't overcome their first half gap.
KEY PERFORMERS:
- Martin finished with a game high 48 points, going 7-for-13 from deep.
- Following him was Brett Blackstock with 16 points while Andy Brown collected 10 boards along with seven points.
- Stepan Zavydovskyy finished with eight rebounds and four blocks on the night.
