OGDEN, Utah – The Multnomah University men's basketball team had a tough night against division I Weber State, losing 114-47 on the road Monday night.
Thomas Simien was the leading scorer for the Lions with 13 points followed by
Blake Updike with 10 points and
Jason Wyncoop with nine points. Simien also added a team high eight rebounds while
Jordan Paris contributed eight points and seven rebounds.
The loss drops the Lions to 4-8 overall on the year while they remain 1-3 in Cascade Conference play.
MU will return to conference action later this week when they travel to Southern Oregon on Wednesday and Oregon tech on Thursday.
