Senior Victory over Walla Walla University

In an exhilarating Senior Night showdown, Multnomah Volleyball showcased their skill and determination as they triumphed over Walla Walla University in three sets. The scores of the thrilling match were 25-15, 25-20, and 25-21, with each set delivering its unique brand of excitement.
 
On this memorable Senior Night, the Multnomah Volleyball team not only secured a thrilling victory over Walla Walla University but also paid a heartfelt tribute to their exceptional seniors, Rachel Bailey, Cassidy Galyon, and Jocelynn Porter. These seniors, with their dedication and leadership, have been the backbone of the team throughout their collegiate journey.
 
The first set saw both teams engaged in a fierce back-and-forth battle, with neither side willing to concede an inch. However, the Lions displayed their resilience, finishing off the set with a spectacular run of 7 consecutive points, seizing the momentum in their favor.
 
The second set was a nail-biter, with Walla Walla's resolute defense making it a tough challenge for the Lions. They fought tooth and nail right up to the closing moments of the set. In the end, Multnomah's determination and precision were enough to secure the set.
 
The third set was no different, with both teams scoring points consecutively throughout the entirety of the set. The competition remained fierce, but Multnomah once again demonstrated their composure and ability to come through in clutch moments, ultimately clinching the set and the match.
 
Walla Walla's defense, led by the impressive efforts of Jocelyn Curiel Ruiz with 10 digs and Danielle Faamausili with 9, made it incredibly challenging for Multnomah in the second and third sets. However, the Lions' resolve and teamwork prevailed, allowing them to secure the victory.
