In an exciting volleyball matchup, the Multnomah Lions faced off against the Eastern Oregon University Mountaineers. Unfortunately for Multnomah, the game ended in a decisive 3-0 victory for Eastern Oregon, with set scores of 25-14, 25-15, and 25-18.

Eastern Oregon's Shade Williams and Kiauna Mack were the offensive powerhouses, each contributing 8 kills to their team's success. Hailey Arritola, EOU's exceptional libero, demonstrated her defensive prowess with an impressive 10 digs, keeping the Lions' attacks at bay.

On the Multnomah side,
Maya Blake and
Tamia Allen-Greggs gave it their all, both tallying 8 kills in an effort to combat Eastern Oregon's dominance. Blake also showcased her skills on the defensive end with an astonishing 13 digs, helping her team stay competitive.

However, the Lions were dealt a tough blow when
Lauren Porter had to leave the game early due to injury. Despite her contributions of 6 digs before the setback, Multnomah struggled to regain their defensive footing.

While the Lions fought valiantly, they ultimately fell to the Mountaineers. The game highlighted the tenacity and determination of both teams, but it was Eastern Oregon that emerged victorious with a straight-set win.
