PORTLAND, Ore. – Braving the elements in their game today, the Bears of Rocky Mountain took the victory against the Lions of Multnomah with a final score of 9-0.
The Bears got on the board after just a few minutes of play, due to an own goal from the Lions. Rocky Mountain was relentless and continued to stay strong on the offensive side, while the Lions were unable to score on the Bears tough backline.
Milo Downey and Jonah Gronmayer of Rocky Mountain both had impressive stat lines at the end of the game, scoring 2 a-piece and each dealing an assist.
The teams will return to play tomorrow with a 5pm start time, marking the final home game for Multnomah in the "2020" season.
