Fourth Face-Off with LC State

LEWISTON, Ida. – Taking on the #4 Warriors for the fourth time this month, the Lions finished the night with another loss.

Multnomah was the first one to make it on the board after bucket from Zach Richardson. The teams were battling it out point-for-point, seeing the score tied up four times in the first seven minutes. LC State went on a run at the end of the half to give them a 20-point cushion at the end of the half, leading 48-28.

The start of the second half was again a steady matchup between the teams, but the Lions were able to chip away at the deficit and shorten it to 12 with fourteen minutes remaining. The Warriors yet again went on a run to close out the half to give them the 32 point victory, 99-67.

Leading the team offensively was Wallace Ungwiluk who finished with 24 points. Zach Richardson was right behind him with 23, and also led the team in rebounds with 7.

With the new approvals announced from the OHA the team will continue to add more games to their schedule until conference begins. The Lions next game is slated for March 3rd at Eastern Oregon University, with a 4:00pm tip-off.
