EUGENE – Multnomah's three-point offense was stalled on Friday as the men's basketball team fell just short at Northwest Christian, losing 89-93 on the road.

- Shooting foes plagued the Lions, shooting 2-of-15 from deep range in the first half.
- Despite the struggles, MU kept the game close, heading into the locker room down 49-40.
- Down by 24 in the second half, the Lions climbed back in, cutting the lead to six, 78-72 with just over five minutes to play.
- NCU found just enough offense to keep the lead, edging out the Lions.
- The Beacons finished 45.7 percent shooting from the field while MU finished 37.3 percent overall and 24.3 percent from three-point.
