GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The Multnomah University men's soccer team put everything on field on Saturday but came away with a 2-0 defeat by the University of Providence on Saturday, concluding their road trip through Montana.

GAME SUMMARY:

• MU's defense started the match strong, playing the first half to a scoreless tie.
• The Lions tallied 12 shots with seven landing on target while the Argos finished with 17 total shots on the day.
• Bad luck plagued MU in the second half as Providence took the lead after an own goal gave them a 1-0 advantage.
• The Argos tallied their second goal in the 73^rd minute.

 
KEY PERFORMERS:

• Victor Lujan, Noe Favila and Marcus Krause each recorded two shots on goal for MU.
• Manuel Guillermo-Olivares tallied five saves.
