OLYMPIA – Winning in comeback fashion, the Multnomah University men's soccer team picked up their first Cascade Collegiate Conference victory with a 3-2 result against Evergreen State College on the road on Saturday.

GAME SUMMARY:
- After falling behind 2-0 in the first half, the Lions scored their first goal in the 53rd minute as Matthew Dorn scored the first goal of his career, taking a cross by Victor Lujan, tapping the ball in from six yards out.
- Just moments later, Kelvin Perez tied the match with his first goal of the year, collecting a pass from Noe Favila inside the box before finding the back of the net.
- The Lions scored their third goal in a five-minute span to take the lead as Moises Mejia also tallied his first career goal, collecting a deflected ball just inside the box.
- MU outshot Evergreen State 15-13, totaling five shots on goal to the Geoducks' three.
KEY PERFORMERS:
- Favila led MU with four shots followed by Lujan with three shots while Perez, Mejia and Jason Monterroso added two shots each.
- Manuel Guillermo-Olivares finished with one save in the match to keep his team ahead.
