OLYMPIA, Wash. – The Multnomah University volleyball team fell on the road on Friday night as Evergreen State swept the Lions 25-17, 25-19, 25-14.

GAME SUMMARY:

• Both teams battled to start the match as MU worked a 13-13 tie before Evergreen scored eight of 11 points to pull ahead.
• The Geoducks hit .277 on the night while holding the Lions to a mark of .068.
• Evergreen closed out the second set scoring seven of the final nine points before jumping out to an 14-7 lead in the final set to secure the sweep.

 
 
KEY PERFORMERS:

• Emma Wall finished with a team high nine kills followed by Hannah Snyder with seven kills.
• Marissa Rhodes collected 28 assists while Rachel Leshikar and Miranda Halverson finished with 16 digs each.
