Miranda Schmillen led the Lady Lions in points with 11, followed closely by Freshmen
Faith Kraatz who put in 10 while grabbing 7 rebounds. The Lady Mountaineers were led by Maya Ah You with 19 points.
How It Happened
The Multnomah Lions played tough right out the gate, jumping to an early 11-7 lead in the opening four minutes. Senior

Faith Kraatz instigated the offense in the opening minutes, scoring the team's first 11 points. The Lady Mountaineers responded, however, with an 8-0 push in the final three minutes taking a first quarter lead, 19-14.
Second quarter play favored Eastern Oregon, shooting 10-20 from the field. Bench play from Freshmen Erin Eastbrook (4 points) and Sophomore
Bethany George (6 points) kept the Lions close, trailing 40-26 at the half.
Eastern Oregon continued to stretch the lead throughout the second half, taking the win 77-45. Junior
Michaela Weller shined for the Lions in her 12 minutes, putting in 6 points. Strong performances from the Mountaineers included Maya Ah You (19) and Stormee Van Belle (12).
